معنی نامهای قفقاز (کپ گاس) و کپ کوف و اروپا

این نامها به معنی سرزمین ارابه (کپ-گاس) و کوه سرزمین ارابه به نظر می رسند. در عهد باستان شمال دریای سیاه محل ساختن ارابه بوده است و نامهای اروپا (ایو-روپه) و خونیرث (خونی-رث، مسکن اولیهٔ پارتها) هم در این رابطه به معنی محل ارابه های خوب بوده اند:

I have found three historical and etymological evidences about the name of Europe which prove that Eu-Ropa has meant the land of the fine chariots.

۱-Mythical Scythian royal name Arpo-xiais (Takhmo-ropa/Tahmo-ratha) which means in Avestan the king/hero of the chariot land.

۲- The name of the Caucasus Mountains in old Persian means the mountain of the land of chariots.

۳- North of the Black Sea has been a wagon-producing area in prehistoric times.

The meaning of the Pahlavi names to Caucasus (Kap gas) and Kap Koph:

These names mean the land of the chariot (Kap-gas) and the mountain in the land of the chariot. In ancient times the northern Black Sea was a place for the manufacture of chariots, and the names of Europe (Eu-Rope) and Khoni-Rath (Khoni-Rath, the original home of the Parthians) also meant in this respect the place of good chariots:
